Pest Control Technician
This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. You'll be treating homes and businesses across Central Florida, diagnosing pest problems, and building real relationships with customers.
What the Job Looks Like Day to Day
You'll drive a company vehicle to residential and commercial accounts throughout the service area. Each job involves inspecting the property, identifying pest activity, applying treatments safely and correctly, and explaining the work to the customer. You're the face of the company at every stop.
No two days are identical. Some jobs are routine quarterly treatments. Others are emergency calls for a rodent in the attic or a wasp nest by the front door. You'll develop an instinct for pest behavior over time that no amount of classroom training can replace.
What We're Looking For
We're not necessarily looking for experience — we can train the right person. What we can't train is work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to deal professionally with customers. If you show up, do what you say you're going to do, and treat people well, you'll thrive here.
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather
- Comfortable in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, under structures)
- Reliable transportation to our Winter Garden location
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Florida Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain — we help with this)
Pay & Benefits
Pay is competitive and based on experience. We discuss specifics during the interview, but we don't low-ball good people. As you earn your state license and grow your route knowledge, your pay grows with it. This is a trade you can build a career in.

We sponsor your Florida Pest Control License. You gain a certified trade credential that's yours to keep.
Use of a company vehicle and equipment during working hours. Everything you need is provided.
Monday–Friday primary schedule with occasional Saturday availability. No late nights.
